Atlas Courier — Delivery Management Platform

Designed and built a full-stack delivery management web app for a Lagos-based courier company — replacing WhatsApp-based order tracking with a real-time dashboard, driver app, and client portal.

Problem

The core challenge was replacing an informal, human-dependent process with a reliable software system — without disrupting ongoing operations. The platform needed to work on low-end Android devices used by drivers and be simple enough for non-technical staff to manage without training.

Solution

We built a full-stack web application using Next.js for the client portal and admin dashboard, and a PWA for drivers. Supabase powered real-time order tracking and notifications. Laravel handled the backend API, order processing logic, and automated SMS notifications via Termii. The entire system was deployed on Vercel and Railway within 5 weeks.
